My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was very convenient, near the Gran Via station and close to key attractions, the rooms suffered from noise issues due to thin walls and the busy road outside. Although the service was friendly and helpful, the overpriced breakfast and hotel amenities could have been better.
